2. Ticket Validity

• Tickets are valid only for the selected date and applicable evening visiting period.

• Tickets cannot be transferred to another date or person unless permitted by the attraction operator.

• Guests must present a valid booking voucher or ticket upon arrival.

3. Arrival & Entry

• Guests are advised to arrive with sufficient time to complete the admission process before the applicable visiting period.

• Late arrival may result in reduced visiting time or refusal of entry, subject to the attraction's admission policy.

• Guests must follow all security and entry procedures established by the venue.

4. Attraction Access

• Access to the Sanctuary and surrounding areas is subject to the attraction's operating conditions.

• Certain sections may be temporarily restricted due to restoration, construction, maintenance, safety, weather, or operational requirements.

• Guests must follow all instructions issued by attraction staff.

5. Cultural & Religious Areas

• The Sanctuary of Truth incorporates cultural, artistic, and religious themes.

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully throughout the attraction.

• Appropriate clothing is recommended, particularly when visiting areas with religious or cultural significance.

6. Safety Requirements

• Guests must remain within designated visitor areas.

• Guests must follow safety instructions and barriers established by the attraction.

• Guests should exercise caution around stairs, wooden walkways, uneven surfaces, and construction or restoration areas.

7. Photography & Recording

• Photography for personal use is generally permitted in designated areas.

• Commercial photography, professional filming, drones, or specialised equipment may require prior permission from the attraction.

• Guests must follow any restrictions imposed by venue staff.

8. Children & Infants

11. Liability

HolidayKart acts as a booking facilitator for the Sanctuary of Truth and the services included in the selected package.

HolidayKart is not responsible for delays, temporary closures, restricted access, weather conditions, traffic, government regulations, restoration activities, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a booking, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions, together with the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy, Child & Infant Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. Cancellation 24 Hours or More Before the Visit

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit date/time are eligible for a full refund, subject to the booking conditions.

2. Cancellation Within 24 Hours

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled visit are 100% non-refundable.

3. Same-Day Cancellation & No-Show

• Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

• No refund will be provided for guests who fail to arrive at the attraction.

• No refund will be provided for late arrival resulting in missed or reduced visiting time.

• No refund will be provided for unused tickets due to personal reasons or changes in travel plans.

4. Date Changes & Rescheduling

Requests to change the visit date must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit and are subject to availability and approval by the attraction operator.

Requests made within 24 hours may be treated as cancellations and will be non-refundable.

5. Temporary Area Closures

Individual areas of the Sanctuary may be temporarily restricted or closed due to restoration, maintenance, construction, safety, weather, or operational requirements.

Closure or restricted access to an individual area does not automatically qualify for a full refund where the attraction remains open.

6. Weather Conditions

Weather may affect access to outdoor areas, photography opportunities, or the overall visitor experience.

Normal weather conditions, reduced visibility, rain, or temporary outdoor restrictions do not automatically qualify for a refund.

7. Attraction Closure

If the Sanctuary of Truth is officially closed or the booked experience is cancelled by the attraction operator, HolidayKart will assist with the rescheduling or refund option offered by the attraction operator.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be processed through the original payment method. The time required for the refund to reach the guest's account may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

9. Final Cancellation Terms

The cancellation conditions stated on the confirmed booking voucher or ticket will apply to the specific reservation. Where special promotional or attraction-specific conditions apply, those conditions will prevail.
