Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit date/time are eligible for a full refund, subject to the booking conditions.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled visit are 100% non-refundable.
Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
No refund will be provided for guests who fail to arrive at the attraction.
No refund will be provided for late arrival resulting in missed or reduced visiting time.
No refund will be provided for unused tickets due to personal reasons or changes in travel plans.
Requests to change the visit date must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit and are subject to availability and approval by the attraction operator.
Requests made within 24 hours may be treated as cancellations and will be non-refundable.
Individual areas of the Sanctuary may be temporarily restricted or closed due to restoration, maintenance, construction, safety, weather, or operational requirements.
Closure or restricted access to an individual area does not automatically qualify for a full refund where the attraction remains open.
Weather may affect access to outdoor areas, photography opportunities, or the overall visitor experience.
Normal weather conditions, reduced visibility, rain, or temporary outdoor restrictions do not automatically qualify for a refund.
If the Sanctuary of Truth is officially closed or the booked experience is cancelled by the attraction operator, HolidayKart will assist with the rescheduling or refund option offered by the attraction operator.
Approved refunds will normally be processed through the original payment method. The time required for the refund to reach the guest's account may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
The cancellation conditions stated on the confirmed booking voucher or ticket will apply to the specific reservation. Where special promotional or attraction-specific conditions apply, those conditions will prevail.
