1. Booking Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Ticket Validity

• Tickets are valid only for the selected date and show time stated on the booking confirmation.

• Tickets cannot be exchanged for another date or show time unless approved by the attraction operator.

3. Arrival at the Venue

• Guests are advised to arrive at the theatre at least 30 minutes before the scheduled show time.

• Late arrivals may be required to wait until an appropriate break before being admitted, or may not be permitted entry once the performance has commenced.

• No refund will normally be provided for late arrival or missed entry.

4. Seating

• Seating is allocated according to the ticket category purchased.

• Specific seat numbers cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed at the time of booking.

• The theatre reserves the right to modify seating arrangements when required for operational, safety, or venue-management reasons.

5. Photography & Recording

• Photography, video recording, and audio recording may be restricted or prohibited during the performance.

• Guests must follow all instructions and restrictions issued by theatre management and venue staff.

• The use of flash photography or other equipment that may disturb performers or other guests may not be permitted.

6. Show Schedule & Programme

• Show timings, programme content, performers, costumes, music, and production elements are subject to change without prior notice.

• Changes may be made due to operational requirements, performer availability, technical considerations, or other circumstances beyond the venue's control.

• Such changes do not automatically entitle guests to a refund.

7. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for carrying their valid booking voucher or e-ticket and identification, where requested.

• Guests must comply with the theatre's rules and instructions throughout their visit.

• Appropriate and respectful behaviour is expected at all times.

• The theatre reserves the right to refuse or withdraw admission from guests whose behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate, or poses a safety concern.

8. Personal Belongings

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, including mobile phones, cameras, wallets, and other valuables.

• HolidayKart and the theatre are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

9. Liability

• HolidayKart acts as a booking facilitator for the Alcazar Cabaret Show.

• While we make reasonable efforts to ensure that the booked service is provided as described, HolidayKart is not responsible for delays, schedule changes, cancellations, venue decisions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

1. Cancellation 24 Hours or More Before the Show

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled show date and time are eligible for a full refund, subject to the booking terms and conditions.

2. Cancellation Within 24 Hours

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled show time are non-refundable.

3. Same-Day Cancellation & No-Show

• Same-day cancellations are 100% non-refundable.

• No refund will be provided for guests who do not attend the show.

• No refund will be provided for late arrival resulting in missed or denied entry.

• No refund will be provided for tickets that are unused due to personal reasons or changes in travel plans.

4. Date or Show-Time Changes

Requests to change the show date or show time must be made at least 24 hours before the original scheduled show time and are subject to availability and approval by the attraction operator.

Changes requested within 24 hours may be treated as a cancellation and will be non-refundable.

5. Show Cancellation by the Operator

If the Alcazar Cabaret Show is cancelled by the attraction operator due to unforeseen circumstances, operational reasons, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond the guest's control, HolidayKart will assist with the applicable rescheduling or refund in accordance with the operator's policy.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method wherever possible. The time required for the refund to reach the guest's account may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

7. Final Cancellation Terms

The cancellation conditions stated on the booking confirmation or e-ticket will apply to the specific reservation. Where the attraction operator imposes different cancellation conditions for a particular ticket or promotional offer, those conditions will prevail.
