5. Weather & Activity Changes

If weather conditions or other safety concerns result in the cancellation of a boat ride or other individual activity, the availability of a refund or alternative arrangement will depend on the attraction's policy.

If the market remains open and the main attraction is operational, cancellation due to weather alone will not automatically qualify for a full refund.

6. Attraction Closure

If the Pattaya Floating Market is officially closed and the booked visit cannot take place due to circumstances beyond the guest's control, HolidayKart will assist with the applicable rescheduling or refund, subject to the attraction operator's policy.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method wherever possible. The time required for the refund to reach the guest's account may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
