1. Cancellation 24 Hours or More Before the Tour

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure time are eligible for a full refund, subject to the booking conditions.

2. Cancellation Within 24 Hours

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure are non-refundable.

3. Same-Day Cancellation & No-Show

• Same-day cancellations are 100% non-refundable.

• No refund will be provided for guests who do not arrive at the designated pick-up point.

• No refund will be provided for guests who are unavailable at the confirmed pick-up time.

• No refund will be provided for unused services due to personal reasons or changes in travel plans.

4. Late Arrival

Guests are responsible for being ready at the confirmed pick-up time.

If a guest's delay causes the tour to be missed or prevents the scheduled itinerary from being completed, the booking will be treated as a no-show and will be non-refundable.

5. Date Changes & Rescheduling

Requests to change the tour date must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure and are subject to availability and approval.

Requests made within 24 hours may be treated as cancellations and will be non-refundable.

6. Temple Closure or Restricted Access

If a temple or specific attraction becomes temporarily unavailable due to religious ceremonies, maintenance, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond the operator's control, the operator may provide a reasonable alternative sightseeing arrangement where possible.

Such changes do not automatically qualify for a full refund.

7. Traffic & Operational Delays

Bangkok traffic congestion, road closures, public events, or other local conditions may affect the tour schedule.

Such delays do not automatically qualify for a refund.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method wherever possible. The time required for the refund to reach the guest's account may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

9. Final Cancellation Terms

The cancellation conditions stated on the booking confirmation or tour voucher will apply to the specific reservation. Where special promotional or tour-operator-specific conditions apply, those conditions will prevail.
