At HolidayKart, guest safety is our priority. Tiger Park Pattaya applies specific age and height requirements to each tiger interaction. The requirements below apply specifically to the Big Tiger experience.
Big Tiger interaction is available only to guests who:
Are 18 years of age or older
Have a minimum height of 160 cm
Both requirements must be met.
Guests under 18 years of age are not permitted to participate in the Big Tiger interaction, even if they meet the 160 cm height requirement.
Guests aged 18 years or older but below 160 cm in height are also not permitted to participate in the Big Tiger interaction.
Children under 18 years of age cannot participate in the Big Tiger interaction.
If travelling with children, alternative tiger experiences may be available depending on the child's age and the park's current operating rules. For example, current published information indicates that younger children may be eligible only for the Newborn or Smallest Tiger experiences, subject to the applicable rules.
A child who is allowed general admission to Tiger Park is not automatically eligible for the Big Tiger interaction.
Infants are not permitted to participate in the Big Tiger interaction.
Parents or guardians must not attempt to carry an infant into the Big Tiger enclosure or arrange a photograph with the Big Tiger unless the park specifically permits an alternative arrangement.
Infant admission to the general park or other applicable experiences is subject to the park's prevailing rules.
Children under 13 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when visiting or participating in an eligible Tiger Park experience. The accompanying adult must comply with the applicable ticket and admission requirements.
This supervision requirement does not make the child eligible for the Big Tiger experience.
The park may verify the guest's height before allowing participation.
Guests should provide accurate age and height information at the time of booking.
If a guest does not meet the 18-year minimum age and 160 cm minimum height requirement, the Big Tiger interaction will not be permitted.
Guests travelling with children should select the appropriate tiger category according to the child's age and height.
Current published park information indicates:
Tiger Experience Current Eligibility Newborn / Smallest Tiger Available to younger guests, subject to current park rules Small Tiger Minimum 16 years + 160 cm Medium Tiger Minimum 18 years + 160 cm Big Tiger Minimum 18 years + 160 cm Golden Tabby Minimum 18 years + 160 cmThe exact availability of individual tiger categories may vary by date and operational conditions.
Guests booking the Big Tiger experience must ensure that every participating guest meets the required age and height criteria before making payment.
If a guest arrives at Tiger Park and is found to be below the required age or height, the Big Tiger interaction will not be permitted. Such a situation may be treated as an ineligible booking and may not qualify for a refund, subject to the applicable cancellation terms.
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that children and infants remain under appropriate supervision throughout their visit to Tiger Park.
All guests must follow the instructions of Tiger Park staff and comply with the park's safety and animal-interaction rules.
Tiger Park Pattaya may modify age, height, safety, or participation requirements when necessary for guest safety, animal welfare, or operational reasons.
Where the park's requirements differ from this policy, the current requirements imposed by Tiger Park on the date of the visit will prevail.
