1. Booking Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

• Full payment is required to confirm the reservation.

• A booking voucher or e-ticket will be issued upon successful confirmation.

• Guests should check all booking details and notify HolidayKart promptly if any information is incorrect.

2. Ticket Validity

• Tickets are valid only for the selected visit date and, where applicable, the time stated on the booking confirmation.

• Tickets are valid for the attractions and inclusions specified in the selected package.

• Tickets are non-transferable unless permitted by the attraction operator.

• Guests must present their valid booking voucher or e-ticket at the venue.

3. Main Hall

• Access to the Main Hall is included only where specifically stated in the selected package.

• The Main Hall consists of immersive digital installations, visual effects, interactive spaces, and themed environments.

• Individual installations or areas may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, safety requirements, or operational reasons.

• Changes to individual installations do not automatically qualify for a refund if the attraction remains operational.

4. Jumping Spacecraft

• Jumping Spacecraft access is included only where specifically stated in the selected package.

• The experience may involve moving seats, motion effects, wind, water, sound, lighting, and other 4D effects.

• Film themes, showtimes, duration, and available experiences may vary according to the venue's daily operating schedule.

• Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by venue staff.

• The operator may restrict participation where a guest is considered unsuitable for the experience based on safety requirements.

5. Arrival at the Venue

• Guests are responsible for arriving at the venue in sufficient time for admission and any scheduled experience.

• Late arrival may result in guests missing a scheduled Jumping Spacecraft session or part of the experience.

• No refund will normally be provided for missed sessions caused by late arrival.

6. Health & Safety

• Guests should consider their own physical condition before participating in motion-based or 4D experiences.

• Guests with medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, motion sensitivity, or other conditions that may be affected by motion or special effects should consult their doctor or inform venue staff before participation.

• The attraction may refuse participation where it considers the experience unsuitable or unsafe.

7. Photography & Recording

• Photography and video recording may be permitted in certain areas but may be restricted in specific installations or experiences.

• Guests must follow all instructions issued by venue staff.

• Flash photography or equipment that may disturb other visitors may be restricted.

8. Children & Infants

• Child and infant admission is subject to the attraction's applicable ticket and safety requirements.

• Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children and infants throughout the visit.

9. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must follow all venue rules, safety instructions, and directions provided by Space & Time Cube staff.

• Appropriate and respectful behaviour is expected throughout the visit.

• The attraction reserves the right to refuse admission or remove guests whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

10. Personal Belongings

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, including mobile phones, cameras, wallets, and other valuables.

• HolidayKart and the attraction are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

11. Operational Changes

• Operating hours, session timings, film themes, installations, attractions, and other venue arrangements may change without prior notice.

• Changes may occur due to technical issues, maintenance, safety requirements, operational considerations, or circumstances beyond the attraction's reasonable control.

12. Liability

• HolidayKart acts as a booking facilitator for Space & Time Cube Pattaya and the services included in the selected package.

• While reasonable efforts are made to provide the services as described, HolidayKart is not responsible for changes, delays, cancellations, technical issues, or interruptions caused by the attraction or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

• Where applicable, any refund or alternative arrangement will be subject to the attraction operator's policy.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a booking for Space & Time Cube Pattaya, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions, together with the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy, Child & Infant Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. Cancellation 24 Hours or More Before the Visit

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit date and time are eligible for a full refund, subject to the booking conditions.

2. Cancellation Within 24 Hours

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled visit are non-refundable.

3. Same-Day Cancellation & No-Show

• Same-day cancellations are 100% non-refundable.

• No refund will be provided if guests do not arrive at the venue.

• No refund will be provided for late arrival resulting in a missed Jumping Spacecraft session or other scheduled experience.

• No refund will be provided for unused services due to personal reasons or changes in travel plans.

4. Date or Time Changes

Requests to change the visit date or scheduled time must be made at least 24 hours before the original visit and are subject to availability and approval.

Requests made within 24 hours may be treated as cancellations and will be non-refundable.

5. Attraction or Session Closure

If Space & Time Cube or a specific included experience is officially unavailable due to technical issues, safety concerns, operational reasons, or other circumstances beyond the guest's control, HolidayKart will assist with the applicable rescheduling or refund, subject to the attraction operator's policy.

6. Partial Attraction Unavailability

If only an individual installation, film, or experience is unavailable while the main attraction remains open, a full refund will not automatically apply.

Where available, the operator may offer an alternative experience or rescheduling.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method wherever possible. The time required for the refund to reach the guest's account may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

8. Final Cancellation Terms

The cancellation conditions stated on the booking confirmation or e-ticket will apply to the specific reservation. Where special promotional or attraction-specific conditions apply, those conditions will prevail.
