1. Booking Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

• Full payment is required to confirm the reservation.

• A booking voucher or tour confirmation will be issued upon successful confirmation.

2. Hotel Pick-Up & Drop-Off

• Hotel pick-up and drop-off are included only where specified in the selected package.

• Pick-up times may vary depending on hotel location, traffic, weather, and operational requirements.

• Guests must be ready at the confirmed pick-up location at the designated time.

• Delays caused by traffic or other circumstances beyond the operator's control may affect the itinerary.

3. Tour Itinerary

The tour may include:

• Chalong Temple

• Big Buddha

• Cashew Nut Factory

• Honey Bee Farm

• Karon View Point

• Souvenir Shop

• Elephant Photo Experience

The sequence and duration of visits may change due to traffic, weather, attraction operating hours, religious events, government regulations, safety requirements, or operational considerations.

4. Temple Visits

• Chalong Temple and other religious sites require respectful behaviour.

• Guests may be required to dress appropriately, including covering shoulders and knees where applicable.

• Footwear may need to be removed in designated areas.

• Access to certain areas may be restricted during religious ceremonies or official events.

5. Big Buddha

• Access to the Big Buddha area is subject to site operating conditions, weather, government regulations, and safety requirements.

• If the attraction is temporarily closed or access is restricted, the operator may provide an alternative sightseeing arrangement where possible.

6. Local Product Visits

Visits to the Cashew Nut Factory, Honey Bee Farm, and Souvenir Shop are intended to introduce guests to local products and shopping opportunities.

Purchases made by guests are entirely optional and are made directly at their own discretion.

HolidayKart does not guarantee the availability, price, quality, or selection of products sold by third-party vendors.

7. Karon View Point

• The viewpoint visit is subject to weather, traffic, crowd levels, and access restrictions.

• Visibility may vary depending on weather conditions.

• Poor visibility or weather does not automatically qualify for a refund.

8. Elephant Photo Experience

• The elephant photo opportunity is subject to availability and the operating conditions of the selected venue.

• Guests must follow all safety instructions issued by the elephant facility or activity staff.

• Guests must not approach, touch, feed, or interact with elephants unless expressly permitted and supervised by authorised staff.

• The experience may be modified or cancelled by the operator where necessary for animal welfare, guest safety, weather, or operational reasons.

• HolidayKart does not guarantee a specific elephant, location, duration, or photographic arrangement.

9. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must carry their booking voucher or confirmation.

• Appropriate and respectful behaviour is expected throughout the tour.

• Guests must follow instructions provided by the guide, driver, attraction staff, and activity operators.

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the tour.

10. Children & Infants

• Children and infants are subject to the applicable attraction and tour operator's age, height, and safety requirements.

• Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children and infants throughout the tour.

• Please refer to the separate Child & Infant Policy.

11. Personal Belongings

HolidayKart and its service providers are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, including mobile phones, cameras, passports, wallets, and valuables.

12. Liability

HolidayKart acts as a booking facilitator for the Phuket City Tour and the services included in the selected package.

HolidayKart is not responsible for delays, traffic, attraction closures, weather conditions, government restrictions, changes to the itinerary, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a booking, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions, together with the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy, Child & Infant Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. Cancellation 24 Hours or More Before the Tour

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled hotel pick-up time are eligible for a full refund, subject to the booking conditions.

2. Cancellation Within 24 Hours

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled hotel pick-up time are 100% non-refundable.

3. Same-Day Cancellation & No-Show

• Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

• No refund will be provided for guests who fail to appear at the confirmed hotel pick-up location.

• No refund will be provided for guests who are unavailable at the confirmed pick-up time.

• No refund will be provided for guests who miss the tour due to late arrival.

• No refund will be provided for unused services due to personal reasons or changes in travel plans.

4. Date Changes & Rescheduling

Requests to change the tour date must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time and are subject to availability and approval by the tour operator.

Requests made within 24 hours may be treated as cancellations and will be non-refundable.

5. Attraction Closures

If Chalong Temple, Big Buddha, Karon View Point, or another scheduled location is temporarily closed due to weather, maintenance, government regulations, religious events, safety concerns, or other operational reasons, the tour operator may provide an alternative arrangement where possible.

Temporary closure of an individual attraction does not automatically qualify for a full refund if the tour continues with alternative arrangements.

6. Weather Conditions

Weather conditions may affect visibility at Big Buddha and Karon View Point.

Rain, clouds, reduced visibility, or other normal weather conditions do not automatically qualify for a refund when the tour operates.

7. Elephant Photo Experience

If the elephant photo experience is unavailable due to animal welfare requirements, safety concerns, weather, operational reasons, or facility restrictions, an alternative arrangement may be offered where possible.

Unavailability of this individual experience does not automatically qualify for a full tour refund.

8. Tour Modifications

Changes to the sequence of visits, sightseeing duration, or individual stops due to traffic, weather, operational requirements, or local restrictions do not automatically qualify for a refund where the tour continues.

9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be processed through the original payment method. The time required for the refund to reach the guest's account may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

10. Final Cancellation Terms

The cancellation conditions stated on the confirmed booking voucher or tour confirmation will apply to the specific reservation. Where special promotional or operator-specific conditions apply, those conditions will prevail.
