• The tour operator reserves the right to modify the itinerary when necessary for safety or operational reasons.

3. Long-Tail Boat Journey

• The tour is operated using a traditional Thai long-tail boat or similar vessel as specified in the selected package.

• Boat type and route may vary depending on availability, weather, tides, and local operating conditions.

• Guests must follow all instructions issued by the boat operator and guide.

• Long-tail boat travel may involve boat movement, waves, wind, sun exposure, and splashing water.

• Guests are responsible for being ready at the confirmed pick-up location and time.

8. Weather & Sea Conditions

• The tour operates subject to suitable weather, tides, and sea conditions.

• The operator may modify, postpone, shorten, or cancel activities when necessary for passenger safety.

• Changes made due to safety or operational requirements do not automatically qualify for a refund.

9. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must carry their booking voucher or confirmation.

• Guests must follow instructions issued by the guide and boat operator.

• Appropriate and respectful behaviour is expected throughout the tour.

• Guests should inform the operator of any relevant medical conditions or mobility limitations before participating in activities.

10. Children & Infants

• Children and infants are subject to the applicable tour operator's age, height, safety, and ticketing requirements.

• Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children and infants throughout the tour.

11. Personal Belongings

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, including passports, mobile phones, cameras, wallets, and valuables.

• HolidayKart is not responsible for delays, traffic, weather conditions, tides, sea conditions, itinerary changes, boat delays, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

13. Acceptance of Terms

1. Cancellation 24 Hours or More Before the Tour

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure time are eligible for a full refund, subject to the booking conditions.

2. Cancellation Within 24 Hours

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure are non-refundable.

3. Same-Day Cancellation & No-Show

• Same-day cancellations are 100% non-refundable.

• No refund will be provided for guests who fail to arrive at the designated pick-up location.

• No refund will be provided for guests who are unavailable at the confirmed pick-up time.

• No refund will be provided for guests who miss the tour due to late arrival.

• No refund will be provided for unused services due to personal reasons or changes in travel plans.

4. Date Changes & Rescheduling

Requests to change the tour date must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure and are subject to availability and approval by the tour operator.

Requests made within 24 hours may be treated as cancellations and will be non-refundable.

5. Weather, Tides & Sea Conditions

If the tour operator modifies, postpones, or cancels the tour due to unsafe weather, sea conditions, tides, government restrictions, or other safety-related circumstances, HolidayKart will assist with the rescheduling or refund option offered by the tour operator.

6. Itinerary Changes

Changes to the sightseeing sequence, island stops, boat route, or duration due to weather, tides, safety, or operational requirements do not automatically qualify for a full refund where the tour operates.

7. James Bond Island Access

If access to James Bond Island is restricted or unavailable due to national park authorities, weather, tides, sea conditions, or other circumstances beyond the operator's control, the operator may provide an alternative itinerary where possible.

Such changes do not automatically qualify for a full refund.

8. Lunch

Changes to the lunch menu, individual dishes, or dining arrangements due to availability or operational reasons do not automatically qualify for a refund.

9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method wherever possible. The time required for the refund to reach the guest's account may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

10. Final Cancellation Terms

The cancellation conditions stated on the booking confirmation or tour voucher will apply to the specific reservation. Where special promotional or tour-operator-specific conditions apply, those conditions will prevail.
